I tried logging in to my DB* ibanking.
I keyed in my userid, password, token password for 54646117times and i get this error msg " You may have accidentally keyed in an invalid User ID/PIN/iB Secure PIN. Please try again."
Then after another 21402times of tries with different user id combinations, they said that i have exceeded the number of tries and thus need to call their customer helpline.
SO when i called... they told me, oh its because your token is out of synch with the system and need to be reset.
OMG! can the error msg prompt that i need to call to reset the token and not make me key in my userid and password so many times n i had to keep thinking if i get the userid rite... pw i can cfm tat is the correct one though.
Speaking of customer service... I heard these (1 & 2) over the radio
1. There was this guy hafing prb with his SI**NET so he emailed them and ask for help. The reply he got was... Hi Sir, please go to hell
2. There was this ger who tried calling one of the bank (they did not mention) which one... after 30 min of waiting, she got flare up so she ask to speak to the manager when a human finally ans the call n the reply she got was "sorry, our manager don't want to speak to you." And that person just hang up.
3. This one i think i saw it on one of the newspaper forum quite some time ago, again its a bank (H*B*), someone call the call center to enquire about some promotion and the reply was "go to hell"
