to donate?

i noe tat the earth quake in sichuan is damm serious... while all of us trying to raise $$ (ok i haf not donated yet) there's this article in the papers...
china haf $2 trillion in their foreign exchange reserves.
they haf enough funds to pump $18 million into the quake relief and reconstruction.
they donated $15 million to myanmar cyclone victims.

so wad is our $6.85million to them... it is not even material...

i think right nw wad they need is 'professional help' to reconstruct the place... not juz manpower...
