this happen when i was doin my packer duty....
customer: could i redeem for free parking?
cashier: hmm... i nt sure... maybe u would like to chk wif the customer service at lvl 2
customer: oh... coz if u sure i cannot redeem den i dun wan waste my time there
cashier: maybe u juz drop by de customer svc n ask when u on the way to take train
